AI output

AI agents and generation tools can produce inaccurate or unexpected output. Review output before relying on it, and you remain responsible for how you use it.

Availability and changes

BiRoot FDE tools are provided as available and may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Where a separate written agreement covers a client engagement, that agreement takes precedence over these terms. We will update the date above when these terms change materially.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, BiRoot FDE tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and BiRoot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
