What we do
- Map a client's operational workflows and identify where AI agents can take on repetitive work.
- Build and deploy agents and the internal tools around them, running on BiRoot-managed or client infrastructure.
- Operate, monitor, and improve those agents over the course of an engagement.
How BiRoot FDE uses Sign in with Google
BiRoot FDE uses Sign in with Google for one purpose: to verify the identity of BiRoot staff and authorized client users before they open BiRoot FDE internal tools, such as project workspaces and AI tools hosted by BiRoot. Access to those tools is enforced by Cloudflare Access.
- We request only the basic
openid,email, andprofilescopes: your name, email address, and profile picture. - This information is used only for authentication and access control. It is not used for advertising, sold, or used to train AI models.
- We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google service, and we never receive your Google password.

Responsible AI use
BiRoot FDE does not use Google APIs or Google user data to create, edit, distribute, or train models for AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), or for any sexual or intimate depiction of a real person.
Creating such content with any BiRoot tool is prohibited under our Terms of Service and results in immediate removal of access.
